Covid-19 antigen testing may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing signs and symptoms of severe Covid-19 infection. According to the CDC, signs of severe Covid-19 infection that require emergency medical attention include, but are not limited to:

• Constant, severe or unusual trouble breathing
• Persistent chest pain or pressure
• Confusion
• Trouble staying awake
• Blue lips, mouth or face

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you are advised to call 911 immediately for emergency medical assistance.
